If you are a new patient please telephone reception to enquire. 

Please let our reception team know what type of consultation you would like:

• Standard Consultation – 15 minute appointment.

• Extended Consultation – 30 minute appointment.​

Please let us know if you require a specific service such as

• Blood tests

• Antenatal Care

• Contraceptive Care (e.g. coil or implanon)

• Cervical Screening

• Ear Syringing

• Cyrotherapy

• Any other specific service which may require a specialised member of staff

Non Urgent Appointments may be requested using the form below. Please be aware that this form should only be used by existing patients of the practice for non urgent issues. If you require an urgent appointment please telephone the practice on 01-2885444, or in case of an emergency please call 999.

Appointments are not confirmed until you have received a response from our administration team. This may be take up to 24 hours. Please telephone the practice if you have not received a response within this timeframe.
